The Blackball Connection is the newest accommodation in Blackball, purpose-built for Hikers and Bikers commencing their adventures in the Paparoa National Park, serving as a ‘Connection’ between Blackball and The Paparoas spanning all the way to Punakaiki.

Located right in the heart of Blackball, a small community which now hosts some of New Zealand’s best hiking and biking experiences available, the Blackball Connection is a fresh new two bedroom house catering for the needs of hikers and bikers looking to relax before their trip and enjoy the full experience of this charming hub on the West Coast.

We also offer full shuttle and car relocation services for the Paparoa Track and Pike 29 memorial track.

Kitchen & Dining

Cook yourself dinner or experience the local offerings at the Blackball Hilton or Inn, both rich in character and yummy food. Return to the house and watch the sunset over the Paparoa Range; tomorrow you’ll be up there!

Bedrooms

The Blackball Connection sleeps 6 people; one room has a queen bed and there is a queen and bunk in the other. The house has a full kitchen, washing machine, wifi & heat pump. Full linen and towels are provided.

Outdoor Areas

Enjoy the garden on the deck chairs infront of the house, looking towards the Paparoas.

Cancellation Policy:

All Holiday houses require full payment at time of booking. If cancelling outside on month before arrival a full refund is given. Within one month of arrival no refund is given.
